Spicy Eggplant and Pork

Tonight, Steak and I made Spicy Eggplant and Pork. I'm really impressed with us branching out and buying all the veggies that we don't normally purchase at the store. They've all turned out to be really tasty, so I think we'll keep up this new habit.

Some of the not so secret ingredients. I must say I'm impressed with how much flavor this recipe had without adding any salt and pepper. I feel like salt and pepper is my cooking crutch.
