Eye of Round and Corn on the Cob

Steak made the most mouth-watering and delicious meal tonight. He broiled his farm-fresh eye of round steak with lots of Montreal and Chicago seasoning. He also grilled our corn on the cob from the farmers market and then dipped it in an olive-oil / balsamic vinegar mix and then into some romano cheese. Then he dusted the corn with red pepper flakes and our Tuscan Sunset spice mix from Penzeys. Delicious!

  1. Wow what an epic meal - I haven't thought of doing anything like that to corn, I'm going to have to give it a try!

p.s. Thanks for the hiking info - we should definitely go sometime together. That would be so fun! I would especially love to go when the leaves start changing :)
