A Friday Cocktail Indulgence

A few weeks ago Steak and I made Elizabeth Taylor cocktails in honor of the fallen star. The champagne/violet blend was quite tasty and sophisticated and like nothing we've ever tried before. I look forward to making this cocktail again in the near future. Since the creme de violette was so difficult to acquire (my mom was kind enough to ship it from Illinois) it now seems like a decadent treat after a long week at work. Cheers!
